- The Pollination Project: Provided seed grants for the CES Therapeutic Camping Program
- The Regional Delegation for Penitential Services and Administration: Provided authorization to provide psycho-social services to youths in prison.
- The Divisional Delegation for Secondary Education: Provided authorization for CES to address delinquency in schools
- The Regional Delegation of Youths and Civic Education: Working together in youth activities and providing psychosocial needs of the youths in the Northwest Region.
